Harsh Thakrar is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience across academia and industry. He is currently completing a PhD in Finance at KJ Somaiya Institute of Management and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
Harsh specialises in investment banking, portfolio management, and financial strategy, with over 10 years of experience across academia and industry. He brings strong teaching and programme leadership experience, including founding and leading an undergraduate FinTech programme and delivering courses in derivatives, risk management, and financial analytics.
His industry experience spans capital markets and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with hands-on expertise in transaction execution, risk management, and strategic advisory. He also contributes to thought leadership and applied research through publications, opinion pieces, and speaking engagements at major FinTech and industry forums.
