Professor Michelle Jones draws on over 25 years' experience of academic leadership across UK universities with a strong focus on ensuring a high-quality research informed student experience. In previous leadership roles she provided strategic leadership across student success, research and knowledge exchange, International and partnerships. She is widely recognised for her collaborative leadership style and her focus on creating environments in which staff and students can thrive. Her academic background includes a focus on translational research in physical activity and wellbeing, with a commitment to research that delivers real-world impact for individuals and communities. At the University of Bristol Mumbai Enterprise Campus she has strategic oversight of all academic matters intending to cultivate academic excellence, foster opportunity and create transformative impact through co-creation with others.
